How does the template design process work?

As often as you like! RangeMail is designed to allow you total freedom. You have control over the content and the timing of all of your emails.
The initial set-up fees (which are included in the “Creative Fee”) are billed to you as a normal invoice from RANGE. You can pay by either cash or check.
Once your RangeMail account and accompanying templates are set-up, you simply enter your credit card information into your account preferences on the RangeMail site. Then, whenever you create an email campaign, your total fee is calculated by the system depending on the number of recipients on your list. With your approval, the campaign is sent and your card is charged. You will then receive an email confirmation.
You will meet (either in person on the phone) with a RANGE representative who will explain to you the various options, help you define what you need, and discuss your template design requirements and expectations.
After the initial conversation, our designers will create a mock-up version of each template. You will then make changes, comments, etc. We’ll make the changes. Then you’ll receive a proof. You will make any final revision comments. Our designers will make the final revisions, and we’re done!
The Creative Fee is the fee for the initial set-up and design services involved in creating your template(s). This covers the chosen number of template designs includes and two proofs/revisions for each template. After two revisions, any additional changes are billed at RANGE’s normal hourly design rate.
You can always add additional templates to your RangeMail account. These will be quoted individually (as they may vary in complexity and design) and managed through RANGE. Once they are complete, they are added to your RangeMail account.
Any changes to templates after the initial design phase are billed at RANGE’s normal hourly design rate.
Because RangeMail is a service offering of RANGE, we reserve the rights to the templates themselves.
Absolutely! This is one of the most exciting features of RangeMail. You have total control over your subscriber database. You can create multiple subscriber lists and manage multiple campaigns at once. You can generate HTML code for subscribe forms that can be added to your website, and even allow your subscribers to “foward to a friend”. You can also export your subscriber list at any time.
No. You may cancel your account at any time. If you choose to cancel, your account information, your credit card information, and your template designs will be deleted immediately.
